After having a nightmarish experience with their unprofessional and unreliable general contractor on their own restaurant project, Hely and Clif put their minds and business expertise together and completed their first restaurant project on their own. They realised that there were several other colleagues that were going through similar hardships. From there on, it became a hobby to assist fellow franchisees, friends and family members with their general contractor issues. It didn’t take too long for this hobby to turn into a passion of consulting and developing the dream projects for their colleagues.

One early morning at 2:00 am, Hely & Clif were at a diner after a long day at work and Clif envisioned that someday they would be consulting and general contracting all over the east coast. Hely with a smile on her face looked at him and said that he should stop selling dreams to her. That very moment it seemed like the skies opened and Clif looked at Hely with a twinkle in his eye and said, “That’s it!! Selling Dreams should be the name of their company”. That very morning, Selling Dreams was born and since then they never looked back. The passion kept growing.

Now, years later,they have fulfilled that dream with successful completion of over 100+ commercial construction projects from Up State New York to North Carolina under their belt. Because of their ever growing client needs, they keep learning and developing new markets in different states all along the east coast.
